GBThe hotel is located a short distance from Lynmouth harbour, and is up a small hill so it has good views of the bay. There is free parking on the road below the hotel and village car parks are free about 6pm to 10pm. The rooms were nice, clean and large with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent.

GBIt was quiet, comfy and the host was very friendly. Breakfast was lovely as was the view out of the window whilst i was eating it. Close to two pub/restaurants that i can highly recommend.
There is nothing of note that i did not like. In the hotel description prior to booking it does mention the steep incline up to hotel doors which is correct and would not suit those with mobility issues.
GBWarm, friendly atmosphere in a lovely old building. The owners were very welcoming. The room was very clean and nicely furnished, with a lovely view. There was a good choice of breakfasts with great service, and it was all beautifully cooked.

Shame about the inclined path and steps to the entrance which is tricky with a suitcase.
