Lovely staff, great breakfast, clean and comfortable room. Good location for the NEC and love that its right next to the canal.

Could hear every step from creaky floorboards upstairs! But other than that was a good stay.

Perfect for overnight stay near airport

Bed was so uncomfortable Right next to a road so struggled to sleep with Lorries all night

Breakfast was nice a little basic but tasty. Disabled access room was a large size.

Rooms could have been closer together as asked for that. Not much of a selection of breakfast. The room could have been cleaner in the disabled room. One of the double rooms was very dirty with a lot of mould in the bathroom. Disabled access room, the handles for the toilet were extremely high with the right one coming loose from the wall. Very low toilet.
