Location is great! Super easy to get around. Staff are really friendly and we were able to pay a bit more to check out at night time to catch the bus. That was super helpful!

Wifi often cut out and we were on the Bitel data plan. Using Bitel it's a dead zone, so in order to have internet we needed to walk out on the street. There is no clear reception area which is a little confusing.

The top floor apartment was so nice and great value

Awesome place. Really chilled and quiet, away from traffic and party noise, but only 5 minutes walk to the beach. I arrived at 6:30am from the night bus, just hoping to put my bags and maybe hang out in the common area, but they got my room ready for me for 9, which was amazing. Apartment is a good size and the kitchen is really useful.

Really minor things. No bin in the kitchen, no soap or bathmat in the bathroom. A lamp beside the bed would be great.

The staff was incredible with all the information they had for our questions and how flexible they were with our stay. We wanted to extend two more days after our first night and it went smoothly.

The water pressure from the shower head was a trickle.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Bed sheets and towels were replaced every second day. Moreover, there are hammocks and a rooftop terrace with charging infrastructure for all kinds of electronic devices. We liked that a lot since it can get quite hot in the rooms. The shared kitchen was also clean and well equipped. The location is also a big plus since it's only a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 to the village where all the restaurants and shops are. If you're lazy, however, there's a mini market right next door.

The rooms can get quite hot. There is a fan inside but I still had a bit of trouble sleeping.

The communal areas are great to chill and relax, it’s comfortable and well decorated We were able to hang out after arriving on the overnight bus until our room was ready Casa Naranja is a chill oasis in a noisy town and is close to the beach and town but not too close.

Its hot in Máncora and it would be good if there was mosquito netting on the windows so they could be opened for a bit more more air flow.

The location is lovely quiet for Mancora and still not far from the beach or main road (both 5min walk) where you get everything you need. Also there is a little shop just besides. The terrace is a fantastic place to chill with a sea view. Would definitely come back! See you soon!

I liked the space on the terrace, much of the time we were outside the room since the ventilation inside the room is zero. While there is a fan, and a window, there is not good air flow. The dining room looked new and well maintained. There is a kitchen that has the essentials. Next door there is a small shop, where you can buy some things for breakfast, and there are a couple of small restaurants nearby. I appreciate that they allowed us to leave our backpacks after check out since our flight was at night.

Before arriving there was already some discomfort, since they charged an additional 5% for payment with a visa (which was not anywhere in the description or in their payment policies), and in addition to this there was an excessive charge of 25 soles for reasons we never knew. In the end, due to constant communication on our part, and letting them notice their mistake, they returned the excess charge to us on the last day. It would have been ideal for them to immediately resolve this from day one. When we arrived, there was no electricity or water, which meant there was no Wi-Fi, no fan, and no way to charge cell phones. Although it was an incident that occurred due to causes external to the hotel, there are other places that have generator sets or water tanks. Happily returned the next morning, since by then the situations were unsustainable for many guests, we had to carry water to the private bathrooms, collect water for breakfast, etc. Apart from this, although walking you can reach the beach in about 8 minutes, the path to it or the square at night can be dangerous. While we were walking, a couple of neighbors told us to be careful, since the path is an open field. of land with nothing around and they can steal by motorcycles. Additionally, the room was very small, with no ventilation and no screen on the window, which resulted in the room being full of mosquitoes. In the northern area this is common, and many hotels or hostels have them, but here it would be essential for them to exist. Finally, the refrigerator is damaged in my opinion, since the remaining two days that it was light, things did not cool or freeze; and the water pressure in the shower is very low. There is no network signal either. Finally, I recommend that future visitors check their hostel payments carefully to see if there are any excesses. And for the hostel, install nettings on the windows to prevent mosquitoes, check the refrigerator, and check the water pressure in the bathrooms.
