Le personnel est très sympathique et toujours disponible, quelle que soit l'heure. La piscine est très chouette. L'endroit est très bien placé et calme. Les photos sont véridiques. Un gros point positif pour le service. Très bon rapport qualité prix. A réitérer !

Pas d'eau chaude, mais c'est dans presque tous les hôtels 😁 Et on s'y habitue. Un lit un peu plus grand aurait été parfait 👍 Mais cela a été une très bonne surprise, probablement le meilleur qualité prix de la région. Par rapport aux hôtels européens, vous ne serez pas dépaysés.

Pésima eficiencia del recepcionista, mi check in era a la 1 y 30, viaje desde lejos, llegué a la hora indicada, e indicaron que mi cuarto recién estaría listo a las 6 de la tarde, sin siquiera tener un previo aviso o comunicación conmigo, y vale agregar que el recepcionista ni siquiera se tomo el tiempo de ofrecer las disculpas del caso, pésima atención

Son amables y te apoyan mucho si les solicitas algún favor

La calle al hotel estaba un poco desolada pero el encargado siempre estaba afuera esperando a los huéspedes que aun no regresaban
