Clean room, the location, which is close to the highway, the Shopping City Sud and the private parking.

I believe it is overpriced. It cannot offer you much more as a room to spend the night. The hotel has no vibe, no particular style and besides a few restaurants and the shopping center nearby, there is not much to do. Also, they have a payment system that makes you pay twice the price, which does not make any sense for me: pre-payment of 100% the price of the room and after the stay they charge you again 100% (the prepayment will be reverted after a few weeks).
