Nice resort clean tidy our room was close to the pool, Loved the free photo shoot you get one free photo framed which was cool enjoyed our weekend.

Prices for food and beverages are expensive but expected in NUSA DUA. Beds were hard not comfortable.

"Brilliant five nights at the Novotel Nusa Dua"

My family and I recently had a fantastic 5 nights at the Novotel Nusa Dua. We booked a two bedroom apartment and this was very generous in size and more than enough room for the three of us (including our 10 month old son). The breakfast buffet was excellent and we liked the variation day to day. We also really enjoyed the pool area and kids pool. Above all though, the staff really made our stay wonderful and they were so warm and friendly - particularly with our young son. We would love to come back again!

Did not like anything i spent $2200 + $240 for extra bed for 3 nights, you promise us to accommodate 10 persons in 3 bedrooms but ended up having small room only 6 single beds.

Everything the roof was leaking with water and bathroom toilet was full of shit my money should refunded at your earliest convenience i have a screenshots available to provide you the rooms condition my trip with family went wrong so bad of you guys.

The pool.

The rooms were outdated. Told we had a “pool view”. Wasn’t the case. The air conditioning did not work for 2/3 nights so we couldn’t sleep. The food was disgusting. My partner got a boiled egg which was rotten! Photo attached below

Staff were extremely friendly, very clean, beach club also excellent.

No pool towel collection area in the lower pool area. No atmosphere in the bar area near the pool. Very dull, need a bit more entertainment.
