Family rooms to have extra cot and mattress Better ac control in room 3001. I had same issue during my last stay in Oct 2023 and nothing has changed. Slippery toilet floor Food served during lunch to be hot 3 persons stayed in room 3001, extra bed was charged but only 1 dental kit and 1 mineral water in room was provided

Good. They even gave me an extra serving of pongal because i requested them.

The bed cover had some hair ... And the a/c was not great by the bed. That is, it was fine if sitting on the chair. But ... ok
