"Superb"

Beautiful place with nice staff, children friendly and probably best value for the money in Palomino.

Electricity goes out from time to time during the night in whole Palomino so it’s pit black and no zero air-con during the night.

"Lovely spot totally spoilt by the noise."

The setting is OK and the pool and the garden are lovely but see the big problem below.

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU DON'T WANT MUZAK 10 HOURS A DAY!!!!!!! Our room was directly opposite the reception where music played from 9 until 7. We were constantly asking them to turn it down which they did but it was still very distracting and spoiled our stay. Why would you come here for peace and quiet and then have to listen to music all day is a mystery.

"Very chill place to stay"

Amazing ambience of the place, spacious room, many areas to chill, especially pool area is really nice, everything has this asian zen vibe. Also they play calm and relaxing music through the day. Staff is friendly. They have 2 cute cats. The area is very calm, good place for a nice relaxing time.

It’s a bit out of the way from the main road. Not too much tho, still walking distance. But it also means it’s really quite, which I loved.

Staff were nice and rooms were spacious & clean.

As you’re a little further out, there are a lot of farms nearby, meaning early morning wake-ups by wildlife (namely a chorus of multiple roosters).

"Beautiful hotel but needs improvement"

Nice decor. Quiet. Comfortable bed. AC. Basic breakfast.

The bathroom door has massive holes - very strange decision to install them. Back rooms don’t get much wifi signal. Doors don’t close even with lock.
