Das Personal und Besitzer sehr freundlich, fleißig, flexibel und professionell. Das Essen wirklich lecker und hochwertig. Frühstück super Bio Produkte und eine gute Auswahl ob Wurst, Käse, Smoothies, Sekt, und Kaffee ☕️ alles da was das Herz ❤️ begehrt. Wellness sehr schön und auch hier Tee, Obst, Früchte, verschiedene Aufgüsse vorhanden sowie Decken und Handtücher. Lage Top alles in paar Minuten erreichbar ob See, Wanderwege, Skilift oder die Berge. Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und komfortabel. Die Matratzen sind sehr bequem und ein Kissen von zu Hause war nicht nötig.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden ausser der Urlaub endet aber wir kommen wieder.

Das Hotel würden wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Das Personal und das Frühstück sind besonders hervorzuheben. Die Lage ist perfekt, nur wenige Gehminuten bis zum See. Das man die Saunalandschaft in der Gramaialm mit nutzen kann, ist ein zusätzlicher Bonus.

Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Da gibt es absolut nichts auszusetzen

Das Zimmer war zu dunkel. Die Aussicht war auf einem Welldach, das war nicht so schön. Im Bad war der Vergrößerungsspiegel so angebracht, das nur ein Kind hineinsehen konnte. Ein Erwachsener musste sich bücken
