Amazing property, location, food, vibe, and staff. Small property with personal attention. I would absolutely stay there again. Alex, the manager goes out of his way to please the guests. He takes pride in his job which is rare these days.

I stayed in the “attic suite”. Best view in the hotel, but some may find shower/tub difficult to use and get in and out of.

Location was very good walled everywhere. Staff was very accommodating especially the main man there. Food provided was amazing (we had dinner there - tasting menu )

That it didn’t have parking, I think parking would usually be okay locally however we went during festival season so it was very challenging!

Alex was wonderful, attended to all our needs and questions about the town!!

The only staff member we encountered was very freindly and efficient and made us feel very welcome. The location was really central and close to restaurants and bars with a wonderful view right outside the door. The beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was simple but very tasty and served in a wonderful setting.

Given the very high price, I was expecting a lot more from this hotel. It is clearly more focused on the restaurant and the smell from the kitchen is present throughout. The rooms and beds are comfortable, but the television is oddly placed and really can't be watched (not really important to us but it did seem odd). The bathroom was very uncomfortable with the toilet placed in a corner too close to the wall. The shower is in a large tub, but there is no plug to allow for baths. However, it is not designed as a shower and the makeshift ring that is used to hold the curtain does not close completely and it is impossible to shower without partially flooding the bathroom. Given the extreme price of a 150€ per night I was expecting a great deal more. If it had been less than 70 I would not have left with the same disappointment, but this is not a luxury hotel and the price is not appropriate.

perfect hotel that is both hidden away and perfectly sited at the same time. totally recommend.
