The employees were professional and courteous.

Good location, plenty of parking spaces, friendly staff, easy check in and check out process, and reasonable prices

The pillows are way too soft.

There's a strange odor in the restaurant/ lobby area and it only seems to be when the restaurant is open. It doesn't smell like the food on the menu...so I didn't eat there...Everything else about our stay was wonderful.

Little noisy when people walked through the halls (think it’s because the doors aren’t fully sealed so you can hear a lot of noise from the outside hallway) No water filter machine so you have to go to the bar at the restaurant to ask for your water bottle to be filled up. Shower curtains a bit shorter than normal so water comes out of the tub

The location is great. That part of Portland felt safe, and it’s not noisy. It’s near restaurants, shops, near the freeway. The room was large with King size bed, sofa, desk, large bathroom vanity and double sinks. Staff was accommodating in allowing us to check in early for a wedding we were attending. Parking available on site.

Only disadvantage is breakfast was not included.
