"Mean and rude people running the office"

They were kind of friendly but the head guy running the office was kind of rude and mean, especially to black people.

The guy running the office was rude and mean especially to different colored people. An African American lady came in to get a second key for her 10 year old son and the guy started yelling at the kid and yelled at the lady and was saying that he is forcing her to leave the next day.
