Cordial staff, beautiful scenic location by the river, large spacious rooms with all amenities made for a comfortable stay.

The staff was excellent. The breakfast spread was good and tasteful and the location was the best.

They can improvise in maintaining the bathrooms a bit better as there is space.

Great location, with local bus stop to Panjim city and old Goa on your doorstep literally. Nice atmosphere in the dining, entertainment area. The staff do try and make things happen for you, and are very friendly and eager to help out. Special shout out to Jilani, Riyaan and Barat!!! Thanks guys!!! Nice view of the river from upstairs units.

The hot water didn’t work properly, leaving us with no choice but to have cold showers. The bathroom had a bad odour. Not pleasant!! We had no TV channels at all for the duration of our stay. Although the staff promised to get it sorted out, I think it was a bigger issue with the package of satellite TV that the resort is on. The WiFi at the property is very inconsistent and unreliable. Comes on and off at anytime.
