Привітний персонал готелю, готові допомогти та зробити відпочинок максимально комфортний. Сніданки смачні. Велий вибір страв. Готель розташований дуже зручно. Близько до моря, близько до центру, близько до історичної частини та міського парку з чудовим дитячим ігровим майданчиком, близько до ресторанів, жвавої туристичної вулиці та торгових рядів. Недалеко до порту, зализничної і автобусної станцій, машиною до ареопорту 8 хвилин. Наявність горячої води протягом всього дня.

Прибирання вулиць міськими комунальними службами, оскільки це дуже гучно.
