The very old carpet floor in the room

the stuff was expetionally kind and positive (everyone! the man checking us in, the lady serving coffee at the breakfast, the ladies on the reception during check - out!). we got additional kettle on demand, a free drink in their bar, discount for the parking and an offer we could extend out check-out as there were not many people at the time. we didn't use it, but it was an exceptional kindess from a guesthause/hotel side!! which made us feel very welcomed :)

nothing in particular! maybe only a blanket would be useful to be in the room, but I am sure if we have asked, we would have got it! :))

Clean, very well located and very friendly staff.

Well located, just a few minutes walk to either of the two lift stations. We ate dinner (four courses) a couple of nights, which was very successful - my son, who is usually very picky ate everything. Nice breakfast. Clean rooms. Particularly liked that there's a couple of communal lounge areas so we had friends who were staying elsewhere come round. Staff were helpful.

Great breakfast and great location for town and for the slopes. All walkable. Had a great dinner there the first night. Very reasonable price.
