The location is okay, most places were accessible via buses and trams nearby. The room was clean and fairly comfortable

I'm open to this potentially being a cultural difference, but overall with the exception of 1-2 staff members, I didn't find the people here particularly pleasant. I also got a message after checking out that they couldn't find my room key, which I returned on the day of check out, so potentially their system could use some refining. I also believe there should be stricter restrictions on quiet hours, as guests staying on the same floor as me were playing loud music and shouting down the hall to each other very late at night and from 5.45am in the morning! The staff never felt approachable with any issues as you always feel you're inconveniencing them as they're so busy with the restaurant.

Przesympatyczny personel, czysto i wygodnie. Pyszna kuchnia, zarówno kolacja jak i śniadanie. Hotel położony nad rzeką, spacer do centrum zajmuje chwilę ale dobrze nam to zrobiło po pysznym posiłku. Hotel oferuje też w cenie noclegu bilety na autobus do centrum.

Brak klimatyzacji albo chociaż wiatraka w pokoju. Trafiliśmy na upały.

Die Lage ist super, man ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad in kurzer Zeit in der Innenstadt von Salzburg. Es gibt einen großen Parkplatz für Gäste - kostenlos! Das Zimmer war sauber, zweckmäßig und gemütlich. Das Gemeinschaftsbad auf der Etage ist vielleicht nicht jedermanns Sache, aber das wusste ich ja bei der Buchung und somit war das kein Problem. Zudem hatte ich ein Waschbecken im Zimmer. Check-In und check-out gingen schnell und unkompliziert.
