Am trimis două persoane să se cazeze la Casa Italia și totul a decurs impecabil. Deși oaspeții nu vorbeau limba română, personalul a fost extrem de amabil și comunicativ. Am vorbit personal cu persoana responsabilă seara, la numărul afișat pe Booking, și a fost foarte disponibil și atent la detalii. Camera a fost pregătită perfect, curată, frumoasă și confortabilă. Oaspeții au fost foarte mulțumiți și mi-au spus că s-au simțit excelent. Mulțumesc echipei Casa Italia pentru seriozitate și ospitalitate — recomand cu toată încrederea acest hotel!
