Kad ponovo budem dolazio u Sarajevo, siguran sam da neću tražiti drugi smještaj 😊 Hotel je na savršenoj lokaciji, svega par minuta lagane šetnje od Vječne vatre, pa je sve zanimljivo praktično “iza ćoška”. Osoblje je nevjerovatno ljubazno i uvijek nasmijano, a cijeli hotel besprijekorno čist i uredan. Poseban plus ide za doručak — raznovrstan, obilan i toliko dobar da dan odmah počne ljepše.

Доброе и отзывчивое отношение хозяев и персонала компенсируют мелкие недостатки. Рекомендую всем.

La cordialità e la disponibilità dello staff e la posizione

sehr freundliche und sympathische Beschäftigte; sauber; zentrale Lage, nahe zum Zentrum; gute Abwechslung beim Frühstück;

vor dem Hotel ist eine laute Straße (Fenster dichten wenig) und auch hellhörig innen; Licht von der Straße wird durch die Vorhänge kaum abgehalten; Geruch im Badezimmer nach Kanal; eine Reihe von Kleinigkeiten wie Lampen, die nicht funktionieren

Very friendly and super helpful staff. They even provided me with vegan breakfast. The hotel is very centrally located, perfect for exploring the city.

I stayed in the apartment which had everything I needed but just seemed a little bit unfinished still with some cables sticking out. It doesn't really have a negative effect on the stay, and I think they will probably work on it more.
