Antico convento Santa Chiara

To start it off, Georgio and his wife have melted my heart. These are the kind of people that truely make the world a better place. Friendly, sincere, authentic and overall just a great vibe and personality. Even at their age, they go the extra mile to make sure you have a great time. For example, Georgio called me to ask if my car was big and if so if I needed to be picked up from a parking spot at the lower parts of the town. Why? As this is a traditional village, roads are narrow, they didn't have cars back then.. meaning it's not suitable for all vehicles. He made the extra mile and made sure (if needed) I get picked up. There's a lot Iiked. - Authentic Stay - The amazing view from the garden - The garden itself, it's huge and provides a lot of room to just kickback and relax. - The breakfast (buffet style) - Georgios Italian espressos 🤩. - The owners.

Very small town but it is a treasure!!!! The owners are a very gentle couple, I wish I could stay one more night to try their restaurant. Historical big building surrounding by fantastic view, I did enjoy the view on the terrace. It was heavy rain during our whole stay, the garden could be amazing in sunny days.

Sleep was a bit difficult - despite the peaceful and idilc location - as the bed was quite hard and there was only 1 flat pillow on each side of the bed.

Gut, buffet style with friendly and attentive service for beverages, incl great cappucino.

I loved how everything there is made with love, from the food served in the restaurant to the way they worry about our arrival, parking and access to the hotel. Giorgio is a fantastic host and the place is so beautiful and well maintained.
