Quality Inn Sarasota I-75

Camas cómodas, las habitaciones están remodeladas, el baño es viejo y pequeño.

La atención del personal no es cordial, si atención es muy mala, el desayuno es muy malo y se tardan en surtir los alimentos que se acabaron, solo dan huevo de bolsa, carne de hamburguesa cocinada, dos opciones de cereal, café, jugo y walfles.

The pool was open and available to us and was being cleaned. Breakfast was hot and kept up by a nice older man.

A digital kiosk greeted us at arrival- not a real person. Neither of my requests were met even though I made those requests upon booking. Not early check in or connecting rooms or rooms next to each other. We were told to wait in the lobby when I asked if we could wait by the pool. So we left for an hour and came back to find a real person this time but he was not very friendly. He sent us up to rooms that weren't ready. My daughter went down to complain. Then he came up to us to say his manager would give us two rooms on the first floor across the hall from one another. We agreed. Then we had a leaky toilet that we didn't complain about but when it got clogged we went to the desk. This guy put his hand on his forehead and did an audible exaggerated sigh when I told him about the clogged toilet. He asked if we wanted a new room. I said it was not necessary if it worked after it was plunged. Then he asked me if I wanted a plunger. While he went to get it, I tried to flush it and then it worked. I thanked him when he returned and left the hotel to have dinner with my family. During the night my adult daughter was woken by the fire alarm in the room at 1:30am. She went to the desk and asked the digital kiosk for help. The women told her that there was no one in the hotel to help her. She went back to the room now wide awake and tried to get back to sleep. As she was about to fall back to sleep at 3:30am it went off again. She went back to the desk. The lady on the screen told her again that no one was there to help her. My daughter went back to the room, climbed on a chair and dismantled the alarm herself and brought it to the front desk telling the digital kiosk lady what she had to do. Needless to say that she only got about an hour of sleep all night. We will not be using Quality Inn again. I want a full refund. We even had to deal with the digital kiosk when we were checking out. No manager there then either. What a nightmare!

Our stay was excellent. Our room was clean. Breakfast was delicious.

Excelent place to stay.
