Sampatti Villas

There was a large range of breakfast choices which was great! I had something different every day and it was all exceptional.

Honestly, there really was not anything to complain about - but if I had to give something, I would just say that if a menu item did not stipulate having a spicy sauce added, please do not add it. The same with ingredients, I had a fussy eater with me so it was unfortunate ordering the meat only pizza for it to arrive with capsicum and onion on it, 2 things that the fussy eater will not touch.

The breakfast was great with lots of variety, the service from the villa staff was exceptional with all staff going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were all very kind and had smiles on their face everytime we saw them! The location was good too, not too close yet not too far from the main Seminyak areas so it was nice and quiet. The amenities were amazing as well - an extremely private villa with private pool, outdoor living area and swing bed was great. The water fountain outside was also very helpful giving us unlimited instant cold/hot water!

The only area to dine was the outside living area - we had to move the table and chairs inside to escape the heat when eating - not a big deal!

We had a wonderful stay at Sampatti Villas. The villa was spacious, very clean, and well-maintained, with a lovely Balinese style and vibe that made the whole experience feel authentic and relaxing. Housekeeping came daily and did a great job keeping everything clean. Customer service was outstanding, staff were friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The swimming pool was a highlight for us, very well-kept and perfect for relaxing. We also really enjoyed the food. One of the best parts of our stay was the door-to-door massage service. It was so convenient not having to go elsewhere, and the masseur was professional and even cleaned up everything after the session.

The only downside is that there is an Arabic restaurant not too far from the villa that has live music, which can be quite loud at times (almost everyday). The music usually stops before midnight, so it didn’t bother us too much. However, if you are someone who is sensitive to noise or prioritises a very quiet night’s sleep, it’s something to keep in mind.

Loved the villa especially the pool and Bali swing. The bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows . The staff were exceptional. All in all no complaints.

Everything was great, the only issue was work was being done on the villa next door. Lots of dust from sanding came into our outdoor area requiring cleaning. We understand this is necessary, just unfortunate. Also quite a few loud motorcycles racing late at night in the area. Naturally out of the villas control.
