I found everybody really helpful and the room was exceptionally clean and had everything in it that I required. Would definately stay there again.

Everything was fine. There was nothing I didn't like.

"Lack of sleep and staff unhelpful when I rang reception."

Room was clean

Room was right above the bar so could hear all the noise from it. Asked for a change or discount but none given, there were plenty of free rooms. Lack of sleep led to a disappointing stay.

Comfortable room, good selection of evening meals. Very copious breakfast.

Bedside cabinet was wobbly. I couldn't get the shower to work, so clearer instructions needed i.e. to be turned on by the main bathroom cord.
