breakfast was varied and tasty. good location the staff is polite

the room needs repair.

Room was large, clean and kept in good condition every day. Staff were kind, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was satisfactory. Thank you so much for the gentlemen at the reception for finding me some ice cubes to relieve of the pain in my left knee at the last night. Location is perfect, so close to every where, on foot.

I wish the sauna was working, but it was not.

Location and the room size

The bathroom has cigarette smell. I think the casino use same airvent with the bathroom vents. The air conditioner doesn’t work, only make sound. The “parking” is actually 5-6 shared spot with the casino, you have to move their signs and pay attention for “batka”

The location is good, close to supermarket, cafeterias and also the appointed bus stop for travelling to / from Varna and Sofia. The room was very spacious and clean and the staff was helpful. There was breakfast included.

Acquiring the room 4 hours before the check in time was costing 50% of the room price , which I believe is the steepest rate I have ever come across.

-There are blood stains on the bed. They said it was stained but clean. - There is women's hair in the refrigerator - They told me to open the window because the air conditioner was not working. The weather is 40 degrees. -I couldn't get into the toilet so dirty. And the water is constantly flowing, very loud.
