1) WiFi didn't work, 2) The Charger needed an adapter, Which the staff wanted us to pay and buy. 3) The staff didn't speak any English at all and had to use Google Translate. 4) There is no lift and rooms are on the 3rd and 4th floor, good luck hauling your luggage if you have heavy luggage.
