L hotel è molto bello accogliente e la padrona Italiana disponibile e gentile. Ci hanno preparato la colazione al sacco perchè partivamo presto ed era buonissima. Anche il buffet colazione e cena buono e tipico. Stanza pulita.

Purtroppo i vetri delle stanze non sono spessi si sente abbastanza rumore da fuori e l aria condizionata rumorosa. tutte cose migliorabili nel tempo si riesce a dormire comunque bene.

Good location. Great airco, lovely employees.

The breakfast was disappointing: very few options and everything, including the pancakes, was served cold. In the bathroom, there was visible mold caused by a leak in the shower itself, spreading onto both the bathroom wall and even into the bedroom. We also experienced random power failures, and the internet connection was extremely poor, with speeds constantly around 100 kb/s. The swimming pool was nice, but unfortunately it lacked privacy, as it is fully visible from the busy road—something that felt uncomfortable, especially for female guests. Finally, the bed was of very poor quality; the mattress springs could be felt while lying down, making it very uncomfortable.

Nice food, nice staff, we only stayed for one night. The helped us hire a driver to go Ella which was very kind.

If you like me don’t like insects be aware that there might be some in the room, however the staff is kind to come up and help take them out

Hele fijne kamers en mooi zwembad, goed restaurant.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft von Anfang an sehr willkommen gefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Harris, der nicht nur sehr freundlich und aufmerksam ist, sondern auch fließend Deutsch spricht. Er hat sich immer Zeit für uns genommen, war bei Fragen sofort zur Stelle und hat uns mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps versorgt. Man merkt, dass ihm das Wohl der Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Ein großes Lob geht auch an Madu und Damith, die beiden Kellner im Restaurant. Sie haben jeden unserer Essenswünsche mit einem Lächeln erfüllt, waren stets aufmerksam und haben selbst kleine Sonderwünsche problemlos möglich gemacht. Ihr freundlicher Service hat jeden Aufenthalt im Restaurant zu einem echten Genuss gemacht. Sowohl das Team, als auch die Besitzerin, sorgen mit viel Herzlichkeit und Professionalität dafür, dass man sich rundum wohlfühlt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!
