Schon etwas eng in manchen Zimmer. Aber es ist ok. Kommt drauf an was man will und wie lange man bleiben will.

Prima locatie

Duidelijk bij de locatie aangegeven dat we het geld terugwilden na onduidelijke afspraken over de kamer. Zij waren hiermee akkoord. Nooit het geld teruggekregen.

Overall...it's a decent place to stay at a fair price, basically right in town proper and there was a pool. A/C worked well, clean rooms and nice landscaping for what it was. Unfortunately there was a major repair to the drainage system while we were there, but it's the Philippines and I actually learned a lot about how Filipino laborers work. Like you can use an old flip-flop instead of a trowel to finish freshly poured concrete and it was a "good" finish.🙃

What I didn't like is that you are across the highway from the beach and you aren't informed of that until you "click" pay on this booking site. It doesn't say that in the listing nor is it reflected in the pictures. It is represented as one complete complex on the beach side with ocean front rooms commanding a significantly higher price, understandably. The walk is insignificant, only one minute and you are on the thin strip of sand. While my main criteria was A/C, a pool and the location, I honestly would have picked a different hotel that was on the beach side, even though I wouldn't pay for an ocean front room. In future advertising...if I was the owner, I would make it crystal clear that the property is 2 completely separate complexes separated by the highway.

Room was small but bed and bathroom were good...

Footpath to rooms were under construction with wet cement so had to weave n bob, and aur con worked great but old style wall unit and in my room i could hear the condesation dripping out side which was annoying..

Our room is beach front, near to various restaurants, atm machine and convenience store. The room is dated, bed and pillows are comfortable, air-conditioning is cold. You can refill your drinking water in the office and use the swimming pool in the other side of the road.

The shampoo and soap provided does not seems to have its purpose. No toothpaste or toothbrush was provided.

Location is 10/10. You can walk on some of the tourist spots like the spring and luna libro cafe. There are lot of restaurants around the area as well. And the view from the balcony was beautiful.

The hot water is available but a bit weak. But since the weather was hot when we went, It was really not a problem.

La atención del personal, me facilitaron todo lo que quería. Súper serviciales y amables. Es muy bonito y acogedor.
