Friendly, very helpful staff. Quaint older property that we found very comfortable.

Douglas and this hotel is very hilly up from Promenade and to Nobles Park. This hotel location is walkable but because we are senior citizens really needed to use taxis.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, providing exceptional service. Made me feel at home away from home.

Clean spacious rooms and helpful staff. Good location. Nice bed and free coffee from a proper coffee machine

The sound insulation is not the best. My room had no view.

well.... i couldnt wait to leave a review on this hotel as the experience i had was amazing ! when i arrived i was met with a warm welcome, check in was a breeze . my room was lovely and clean and the bed was really comfy, hot drinks available 247 in the room and downstairs , and the breakfast was cooked to perfection! all the staff were lovely , kylie the woman on reception was hand on heart one of the loveliest people i have ever met, the location was perfect , 1 minute walk to the beach and a short walk to town , this hotel is great to stay at and also great value for money .
