Its location and the the staff were good

The rooms were filthy. The beds had stained sheets and possible not clean

Staff was very friendly and pleasant.

This hotel is not what the pictures portray it to be. They had bleached curtains, sheeta were dirty, towels were cut in half! The place was not throughly cleaned. Also when you have luggage 2 flights of stairs is not easy.

The location was great close to restaurants and the Mercado.

First of all I booked a four bed room show up and they don’t even have a four bed room so false advertisement from booking. Then the room was dirty the sheets were dirty the balconies doors let all the cold air in. The toilet kept clogging the front desk had to come up multiple times. The parking on the app said included nope the parking garage charged us 250 for the two days we were there bc they said that was not included. Lastly online it says they have a shuttle to the airport NO AGAIN they said they could order a taxi and that was the best they could do. Do not recommend this hotel at all.

Nada porque en primer lugar el precio en la aplicación era uno y en hotel me cobraron otro.

Todo no me gustó para el precio que me cobraron en el hotel cero recomendable incómodos los colchones el baño demasiado pequeño y batallé para que me dieran una cobija.
