Stayed here for 2 nights on way back from Norway and Finland. I wanted somewhere close to Leipzig and Colditz. Excellent hotel set in a lovely town. Very good breakfast and nice room. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Couldn’t get an evening meal very little choice in the town only 2 restaurants couldn’t get a coffee in the evening or any drink.

"This area is underrated . So interesting, and not overrun with tourists. A true gem."

Beautifully located, friendly staff, clean room, bed firm and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed the wine festival and visits to castles in the area.

"Enjoyable stay in a friendly and accommodating hotel in the centre of town including a great breakfast."

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Great breakfast. Room well equipped (e.g. mini bar) and staff provided me with a water cooker on request. Very helpful and patient as regards my uncertain planning.

Only issue was no tissues in the room, otherwise all that could reasonably be expected.
