"Would recommend if staying in Florina"

Stay was very pleasant lovely staff rooftop was a great addition during stay especially in bad weather. Only complaint as my friend used a scooter was the step into the hotel which was a nuisance every day!

Close proximity to everything we needed

We initially were given an unacceptable room but it was quickly resolved by staff and the new room was fantastic!

Τοποθεσία, πρωινό, παροχές, εξυπηρέτηση, καθαριότητα.

Δυστυχώς την μια βραδιά είχαν εκδήλωση στο roof bar και μέχρι κάποια πρωινή ώρα ακουγόταν πάρα πολύ δυνατά η μουσική. Θα πρέπει να υπάρχει πρόβλεψη όταν έχουν εκδηλώσεις να υπάρχει σεβασμός στους ενοίκους του ξενοδοχείου και η μουσική να παίζει πιο χαμηλά ( μέναμε στον 3ο).
