המקום נוח, קרוב לרכבל, הצוות נחמד מאוד, תמיד מוכנים ושמחים לעזור, אוכל היה טעים ( אכלנו ארוחת בוקר וערב) אך פחות התאים לילדים.

המיטות חורקות , הקריות נוראיות, חוץ מזה בחדר יש את המינימום הדרוש.

Het ontbijt was koud.

Personeel was niet behulpzaam, op de jongen na. In 5 nachten is geen 1 keer iets schoongemaakt. Na heel erg aandringen werd er gezegd dat ze geen reserve sleutel hadden, maar ze kwamen toch echt wel af en toe naar binnen. Helaas geen 2e mini shampoo of een schoon bed. Ook werd het toilet niet schoongemaakt. Wifi was prut. Het gratis diner, durfde ik na de eerste dag niet meer aan. Ondanks dat het gratis was, heb ik toch maar ergens anders gegeten. De locatie vond ik ook tegenvallen. Sfeerloze dode omgeving.

Good location near Pirlveli lift. Delicious breakfast, good dinner. Spacious room, everything is clean. Hot water and warm radiators.

A shared space with armchairs is located beneath the room, so it was a bit noisy, the door does not reduce it at all. The same story with street noises.

The room was spacious and clean, but the bathroom sometimes had a foul smell due to a lack of proper ventilation. The breakfast was not suitable for vegetarians. The location is about 300 meters uphill from the main road. The receptionist was very pleasing and helpful. Overall, it is a good value for money for mid-range travelers.
