FabHotel Comfort Residency I - Nr Artemis Hospital Gurgaon'

I booked and I could not find the hotel despite the address was confirmed even to my taxi driver. At the end, 3 a.m. there was no hotel placed where it should have been and I was told on the phone that my reservation was not valid (despite we had even exchanges before on that). Avoid and do not go.

Please refund.. Horrible hotel… all lamps and toilet pipes were broken…. Nothing was working… no towels, mugs or toothpaste - everything has to be requested… power went off and did not come up even when the DG was turned on… someone had to manually turn it on twice at night after I raised a complaint in reception..

This was my second visit in the hotel but yes again i feel the same. Everything was perfect either room, food quality or room service.

Location is out so good. We have an excellent stay at the property.

It was more than waooo feeling if u stay there that the best we can say about the property

The stay was warm and cosy. Rooms were compact but worked for me as i was staying alone for business.

The stay is always very comfortable. The staff is good and very cooperative. Food is excellent.
