A proximidade da Estação Central facilita o deslocamento pela cidade.

Apesar de anunciar que o acesso será por meio eletrônico usando o celular, não recebi a mensagem pelo app Booking que deveria fornecer o link para permitir o acesso. Enviei mensagem pelo app Booking questionando esse problema, mas até agora não recebi resposta (a estada já terminou). Precisei ir até a porta do prédio do apart hotel para ver um aviso de que deveria comparecer à recepção de outro hotel (Garner - Graf Moltke) a cerca de cem metros de distância para fazer o check-in presencial. Não há problema em fazer o check-in nesse outro hotel, mas foi desconfortável ficar em dúvida se conseguiria fazer o check-in por falta de informação. O anúncio no Booking deveria conter informação sobre o local da recepção que dá apoio ao apart hotel.

il personale gentile e il servizio deposito bagagli dopo il check out - molto utile.

areazione - c'era un cattivo odore assistenza - dal vivo il personale è stato gentile, disponibile e sorridente. Ma prima il sito per il check in non funzionava, alle e-mail non hanno mai risposto e al telefono è stato complicato comunicare. posizione - ma ovviamente non è rimediabile. Si trova nelle vicinanze della stazione (che è logisticamente comodo), ma i dintorni delle stazioni delle grandi città, come è Amburgo, non sono accoglienti...anzi un po' spaventosi

Freundlicher Empfang, allerdings musste man erstmal woanders hin.

Kleines Zimmer für 4 Personen. Direkt unten an der Straße (sehr laut) Badezimmer wirklich nur mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Für eine Nacht okay, aber länger eher nicht.

Die Lage. Sauberkeit

Kein Zimmerservice gewesen. Vor der Tür sitzen des öfteren Menschen ohne Dach über dem Kopf und Drogensüchtige und verabreichen sich da ihr Zeug.
