Hotel je v tichej časti Canazei, blízko tečie rieka, takže pri zaspávaní ju počujete. Miesto sa nachádza v nádhernej lokalite pod Marmoladou a PizBoe, z izby je krásny výhľad na hory. Dobrá dostupnosť na Val Gardena, hodina cesty do Bolzana. Majitelia boli veľmi priateľskí a ochotní. Hotel je čistý, denne sa upratuje. Mali sme izbu s balkónom, kde sa dalo sedieť, na oknách sú vonkajšie zatemňovacie rolety. Raňajky boli slané aj sladké, vždy čerstvé pečivo. Parkovanie je priamo pred hotelom. Určite odporúčam aj na dlhší pobyt.

One of the best stays we've had. The hosts were incredibly attentive and kind, always making sure we had everything we needed. Our rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day, which made the stay feel even more comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was superb. And the entire staff was warm, welcoming, and professional, contributing to a truly pleasant and memorable experience. Highly recommended!

Good hotel overall. It looks like it was renovated approximately 2 years ago, so everything looks fresh and clean. It's approximately 10 mins from the lifts walking distance, but if you don't like a good warm up or a skier, you can use a shuttle service available. I also like the personnel which was always kind and helpful (with exception of not allowing me to go upstairs with my gear bag, but we sorted it out).

The breakfast options were pretty decent, but the first wave of early skiers tends to eat most of it. So if you decide to have breakfast after 8:30, be prepared for leftovers only. A more significant issue than breakfast, however, is the heating. I never noticed the heating elements in my room getting warm, which means there's no guarantee that your wet clothes will dry properly by the next day. I'd really appreciate at least an individually adjustable heating element in the bathroom. That said, I have to admit that it was never actually cold in my room—the issue was solely with drying. The same goes for the heaters in the ski room. They were set to work a couple of hours before morning, which gave the illusion that boots were dry, but in reality, they were just warmed up. Not really an issue, but a funny situation: the staff (probably the owners) chased me down twice when I tried to take my gear back up to my room, telling me that skis are not allowed. Come on, my bag is big enough to carry way more than just my skis or snowboard, and I just needed to pack my stuff in and out. To top it off, before checking out, I took my bag down to the ski room, put my board inside, and was about to head upstairs—only to be chased again by a lady saying, "No, no, no, mister, you leave it here!" Are we in a ski resort or what?

Location, lovely and quiet. View of the mountains but close to village amenities and trail heads. Great breakfast buffet.

We missed having a kettle and it would have been nice to have the sauna working.
