Large room, clean and close to the beach. Shop close by. Trike from Gil Montilla at Main road only cost 75 pesos. Or it's a 1 hour nice walk all along the beach (20 pesos to cross river by canoe). Would stay here again.

"Exceptional"

The beach is 30 seconds away. The whole location of sugar beach is quiet, there are only small resorts, so it is very appreciable. There is nothing else than Beach and restaurants, that's why you come there! At Buenaventura, the two owners are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very nice, the food is great. We highly recommend!

"At Peace"

Location was good for me..tucked away in the country beside a nice beach. Relaxed. Swimming Basically alone....my paradise Talkative host .chi....loved it.... Will go back..lock me away. It was just so relaxing

"Relaxing. Peaceful."

Buenaventura Resort is relatively affordable compared with other resorts along Sugar Beach. Genelyn and her team are fantastic! They are friendly and very accommodating and assist with arrangements for our tour. The place is secluded, and I enjoy the privacy.
