The rooms were in a different building to the main building , the restaurant was closed and bar facilities were closed on the day I arrived

A quiet and decent hotel in a small German town. Spacious room, great desk for working on a PC. Excellent breakfast. The restaurant is open every day except Monday and mostly offers typical German dishes. The food was great.

I didn't like the pillow. It felt too soft, like it was made of feathers, and my head sank too low. Luckily, I found another pillow in the room and used both together.

Truly beautiful place on the Nuremberg-Cheb railway, perfect for a quiet night or a longer stay away from busy cities. The room felt pretty spacious and the bed was just right for me. Not everyone spoke English, but the employee who served us the most did and was very helpful. Both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were quite tasty and we were even served tea at our table at breakfast. The area seems quite good for hiking, too. I would love to return here! Oh, and let's not forget the generous cancellation policy, which is why I picked this in the first place - no need to fear losing money when rescheduling!

Wouldn't recommend if you are vegan or can't stand church bells.

It is in a quite and nice place, with a nice restaurant and a cozy beer garden nearby (this one was open on Monday Evening right when the Hotel restaurant was closed). Staff very very friendly! free parking nearby with no problems.

Only the pillow, It is my personal opinion but it was too big, flat and too soft
