Preis/ Leistung und sehr guter Service, bwz Personal sehr freundlich und kompetent. Das Essen war auch gut, großes Zimmer. Hat alles gepasst!

Great service in the restaurant, but the reception staff were rude. When we had to leave later, they approached us unprofessionally, questioning why we were still there. Disappointing experience. Also they didn’t provide us with enough information about ski routes

Good food, great value for money. Very friendly, helpful staff. Big room, good water pressure in shower.

Wifi was slow. Too-soft pillows.

Very good quality of food, drinks, snacks and room for the price. Clean throughout. Nice view of the mountains from every room, dining room and terrace. Good WiFi connection. Spacious sauna, damp bath, relaxing area; Very polite and attentive personnel and owners. Car park on site.

Room with balcony non paved. Pillows too soft and bed too hard for our taste, no soap in the shower but only by the wash hand basin. Infrared cabin not working.

The hotel Is really nice, Just outside the Town of Jerzens. We come Every Summer to Austria but we never found such a great service and friendly staff. Every single thing was perfect, from the room to the food. They made everything to make US feel confortable...they even printed Italian menus. I really recommend this Place.

The is a nice hotel, with great service. Its dated somewhat but well maintained and a reminder of when we first started travelling. there is a great Sauna for after skiing and the restaurant was very efficient with good food. The views high in the valley are superb.
