The Kutumb Villa - A Heritage Home Stay

You are welcomed by a fantastic family ! Very nice,friendly and funny people 😎 ! The location is perfect to visit the town (blue city). The room is very traditional Jodhpur style. We just loved it ! And also you gonna have the privilege to experiment playing with the funniest light système of India !

Nice, beautiful and clean plce with helpful and extremly nice family. We would repeat without hesitating! The views from the terrace and the Ford were also perfect!

Loved how the rooms had been done with the black and white tiled flooring and stained glass windows. The owner Poonam and his family were so welcoming, wonderful and kind people. A proper family run business. The room was large and clean, with a very comfortable bed. The location was perfect for us with good restaurants nearby, plenty of little shops and close to several attractions (just a few minutes walk from the step well and the clock tower and very close to the fort). We loved our stay and will definitely be back the next time we’re visiting Jodphur.

Nothing to dislike

Friendliness and helpfulness of family running Kutumb Villa: 11/10 - the nicest people we’ve had the good fortune of meeting. Location: 10/10 - short walk to the fort or to the centre of the old town, some good shops and restaurants nearby, nice and quite and safe. Rooftop lounge area: 10/10 - the most spectacular view of the fort and out over Jodhpur city.

No Wifi even though Booking.com said there would be. Bathroom facilities need a little upgrade. This is a family home so as you would expect, there is no lift. Guests need to be able to climb potentially a few flights of stairs.

The location was perfect and the family that run the place are the most hospitable and kind hearted people we’ve come across in India. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect and that you enjoy your time in Jodhpur!

Fabulous location, minutes walk from attractions, restaurants and bars. Fabulous roof terrace with amazing views of the fort. The room is also very beautiful and comfortable. Above all, the family is super welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

The best place one can stay at. The location is bang on exactly in the City centre where u can walk every evening to near by places enjoy street food n u he most important thing is their rooftop the Mehrangarh fort is just above the villa. The owner are very sweet and helpful whenever you need them . And this is the only place which gives you 24hrs check in time and that was what I exactly was looking for since I needed a check in at 5am. It's a very quiet place I didn't even knew any guest were leaving apart from me there. The only draw back is no lift n the cabs won't come inside. Next time will sure book with them.

There was no sprinkler in the toilet only toilet paper was there.
