Al Murjan Palace Hotel Jounieh

- spacious room with many TV channels and good wi-fi - tasty but quite monotonous breakfast - nice and helpful lady at the reception desk - good and proactive email contact with hotel's manager

- rude and unhelpful receptionist (man from the afternoon shift) - many items mentioned in room's description were not available in the room (like slippers, tea cups (we had to ask for them few times), welcome water) - there is no possibility of switching off the lights in the balcony so you have to sleep with closed curtains - mould on the walls in a bathroom - leaking air conditioning (we had to put a bucket for leaking water) - not very nice and comfortable way to the beach

I like everything actually, everything was clean, all the staf were perfect and professional and friendly, i like the location a lot because everything was near from us If i will come soon to Lebanon, i will stay one more time for sure in Al Murjan Palace Hotel See you soon

The breakfast was out of my expectations! Big portions and great diversity of products. The personnel were really talkative and helpful, I could ask them of any of my troubles or questions to get support, which is so important if you are the first time in a country. There are a lot of gorgeous places in Lebanon I've visited, and a lot more I haven't managed to.

Unfortunately, Lebanon is on it's crisis nowadays (which doesn't mean there's nothing to see). Transportation to and from Beirut (and the airport) is expensive and nervous as you don't know the price you'll pay. There are a lot of rubbish in the streets and beaches. Hopefully, the country will overcome these struggling times.
