"Very welcoming hotel in Ortisei with great location"

The location was great. Very convenient to walk to shops and restaurants as well as the Seiser Alm gondola. Also very convenient to the Mar Dolomit pool facilities. The room had a very nice deck and a window with a view of the dolomites. The staff was fantastic, very nice and welcoming and was helpful with answering questions. Parking was also included and easy.

The property was a little bit older and the room was decorated in much pink. Neither of these detracted from the stay and we would definitely come again.

very friendly staff, absolute cleanliness, rich and tasty breakfast, location right next to the slopes of the Seiser Alm, free entry to the swimming pool directly below the chalet
