Hotel 78 Cafe

i enjoyed location, cleanliness and facilities. The rooms could be counted as 5 stars hotel. The taste of sandwiches and coffee, especially cappuccino is great.

The Bar and service in bar&cafe. For example, you can't buy the drink in glass, you may just buy the whole bottle of any drink. If you want to take a glass of wine it is also impossible.

they did not return my passport after check-in and we had to organize courier to Bishkek to get it back

clean, comfortable and nice rooms, very friendly and polite staff (who truly did their best to accommodate our requests and help us with everything- thank you). good selection of meals for dinner and very tasty meals (we had sushi and steaks). we were super happy that we didn’t have to go out for dinner. restaurant was even better and tastier than other restaurants we tried in Karakol. Overall we were happy.

Breakfast could be better. we were offered selection of two breakfast sets (sweet set including porridge and waffles and salty set including eggs and sausages and bread). We would prefer a breakfast in a form of a buffet, which was actually served to some other hotel guests). in addition, the breakfasts sets offered limited selection of drinks (e.g. coffee or tea). for the price I would expect unlimited selection. But despite these comments both breakfast sets were tasty.
