Gentilezza e cura del cliente da parte di tutto il personale. Pulizia.

Avevo un trattamento mezza pensione ed ho trovato eccessivo considerare un extra da pagare l'acqua in caraffa, che, comunque, dopo la mia osservazione, non mi è stata datta pagare.

The location of was perfect, we loved the ski-in/ski-out accessibility of the property. We also loved being a little remote from town and the amenities included, it was very relaxing - the spa, amazing meals provided, and the welcoming vibe from all of the staff. The food was incredible, 4-course dinners each night were a highlight, and breakfast buffet were delicious. The chef is very talented! The rooms were spacious and very clean. We appreciate having ski and boot storage as well. Would definitely stay here again!!
