After reaching the hotel got to know couples with local I'ds are not allowed but in the website this terms and conditions were not mentioned. Fab hotels took 1.5 hours to resolve the issue.at first the helpline couple of helpline staffs put the call on hold after hearing the serious concern raised by me. Very much unprofessional behaviour by fabhotels.The staffs were also not co-operative at all of the hotel at first.
