Old building, old Furniture, not properly insulated, closes gate at 9.30 pm, non availability of dinner facility, very poor service, poor quality bathroom accessories

"expectation vs reality : unfortunately by all means it's far from being 4* property"

location & view from room / balcony - wonderful huge room size what more is required in "pelling" for couple of nights staffs were all very nice

food / dinner in general was very spicy though good standard break fast was available management should try improve cleanliness of rooms & dinning area
