Everything was where it supposed to be, very good value for money.

The windy days were my biggest problem

Good location. 10 min walk to the beach or a 1-2 min drive. Shop is across the road. Really loved the pool. Bed was really comfy too.

Shower was a bit small.

Every aspect of this place exceeded our expectations. We chose the hotel’s pick-up and drop-off service, and after arriving by ferry, we were warmly greeted by a friendly gentleman who helped with our bags and drove us to the hotel - a quick 15-minute ride. At check-in, we met a gentleman (possibly the owner) who welcomed us, though we had also been provided with clear instructions and a door code for late arrivals. The room was stunning - beautifully decorated with incredible attention to detail. Spacious enough for the two of us, it felt just perfect. The pool area was like something out of a movie, with its own private entrance, a large beautiful pool, plenty of loungers, and even a sunbed accompanied by soft music playing through speakers. The location was ideal - a hidden gem of Santorini. We enjoyed all the usual tourist highlights in the main town but loved escaping to our peaceful slice of paradise surrounded by great restaurants and gorgeous beaches. When our flight was delayed, the owner kindly let us store our bags and relax by the pool. If I could live here, I would! Highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return.

Absolutely nothing bad to say about Aegeeis!

Bus stop right outside, allowing us to visit town of Fira, and from there you can get bus to Oia. Reception was very helpful in offering bus timetables, and advice of how to get back to the port. Room was comfortable and clean. Pool area was lovely too. Beach is a ten min walk away. Town of Perissa is walkable and has lots of bars and restaurants, aswell as along the beach front.

No kitchenette area, hard to prepare food. Cutlery and plates provided, but no bowls.

Easy to access the property for checking in, after reception was closed. Room was an adequate size. Perfect for one person, especially. Useful fridge and utensils/crockery if choosing to eat in the room. Spacious balcony with table and two chairs with light for evening use, looking over the pool. One bottle of water in fridge upon arrival and some tea bags and coffee pods provided also. Cafe located opposite the hotel. Easy walking distance five minutes to two supermarkets, one cheaper than the other. Sheets and bedding all comfortable and white and clean and fresh. Plenty of lights in the room and plug sockets. Bathroom was lovely. Nice black fixtures and fittings. Inside and pool towels provided. Such lovely hosts. Very helpful for booking hire car and recommending activities and offering to book those also.spoke superb English and had a genuine hosting good nature about them. I swam daily and there were plenty of shaded and exposed seats for choice. The day before was my favourite. Pool clean and no chlorine residue. I would definitely recommend and return myself and I do hope to stay again.

I didn't consider it whilst staying upon reflection, there was no charging socket by the bathroom mirror for electric toothbrush or shaver.
