Room 403 – Very disappointing stay Our stay in room 403 was extremely disappointing. The room had not been cleaned properly after the previous guest — there was a strong, unpleasant smell of dirty socks coming from behind the fridge, combined with a noticeable odor of mold and dampness throughout the space. The mattress and pillows were very poor quality and uncomfortable. The air conditioning did not work, which made the room hot and stuffy. The bathroom was also problematic: the floor tiles were dangerously slippery, and there was a persistent bad smell, likely due to poor ventilation and high humidity. Communication with the reception staff was very difficult. We had to rely on photos and translation apps in order to explain simple things. Unfortunately, this was the worst hotel experience we’ve had so far, and we cannot recommend it.

LOVELY QUIET AND IN CENTRE. STAFF WERE LOVELY. TO ME ANGELINA AND MY SON LEON AND WE WILL COME AGAIN IN APRIL 2 ND TO 9TH 2025 SAME APRATMENT OF POSSIBLE. ROOM 202 WAS GREAT 👍🏼 MANY THANKS SEE YOU APRIL 2 ND. SAME AGAIN 2 SINGLE BEDS AND MY REQUST KETTLE

I’d like the lady Maria who runs the hotel she showed me all the places to go I sat with her out in the front had coffee speaks a little English, but it was nice to sit with her and her friends in the front and watch the world go by Mellnik very nice place and all the Roman ruins The spa up the road, free hot water from the ground. I hope my knee.

I wish I stayed for a few more days
