UARoom was great, AC, spacious and clean.
Younger staff seemed like they didn't really know what they were doing a lot of the time. On arrival, 50 minutes after our check-in time, the room wasn't ready. It was okay. We just wanted to relax by the pool until it was ready. At check-in we weren't informed either that the pool (despite the host taking us a tour of the premises) was an additional cost and only said it to us the day after when we were relaxing by the pool. 600 hryvenia is honestly an inflammatory demand considering the pool size, quality, and proximity to a public beach. We were guests, we were happy to drink and dine there but honestly the sum up the whole experience it just felt like they wanted money, not to provide a nice experience.
