Персонал привітний, кухня смачна, гарна територія.

Жахлива сантехніка в номері, ванна брудна та подряпана, умивальник жовтий від старості та з п'ятнами. Найгірше - величезне скляне вікно між номером та туалетною кімнатою. Воно протікає і навколо пліснява, за задумом мала бути шторка, яка закриває, але вона відсутня, Прибирання в номері також бажає кращого.

Хороший бассейн - чисто

Немає ні холодильника, Ні чайника- в номері. Завтраки странні та не смачні. З лазні постійно в номері дим затягує.

Чудовий персонал, що допомогає у всіх питаннях, починаючи від гастрономічних вподобань до рекомендацій щодо досугу. Чиста й доглянута територія. Знаходиться поодаль від дороги та інших комплексів, що забезпечує ідеальну тишу. Ліс з обох боків від комплексу, тому значно прохолодніше ніж серед бетонних "коробочок"
