Sängen var mycket hård, vilket gjorde det lite svårt att sova

Locatie is redelijk goed.

Op de tweede dag was er een bruiloft waarbij er zeer harde muziek klonk tot 3 uur ‘s nachts. We werden er van tevoren niet op geattendeerd. We sliepen dus niet. De safe werkte niet, de vloer was vies en er kon alleen verwarmd worden maar niet gekoeld. Lamp bij het bed was defect. Toen we aankwamen werd de kamer verwarmd bij 22 graden buiten. Eerst kregen we een kamer waarin een rooklucht hing. Andere kamer gevraagd en gekregen.

Breakfast was nice

The air conditioner that was set to heat and as it was ducted air con, it stayed hot. Asked staff at the front desk if something could be done or could we change rooms. Staff said it was getting sorted. 2 hours went by and nothing happened, went back to see staff, was told a technician was on his way and it would be sorted. Nothing happened. The air con was still blowing hot air in the morning, worst hotel stay in Hreece so far, definitely wouldn't recommend other people to stay here and the price was massively over charged for what you got in facilities , with a dirty hallway carpet and furnishings in the room

The staff were all very welcoming, cheerful and friendly. In particular Vassilikis who looked after us very well, both in the bar and the restaurant. The pool was wonderful, a large pool very clean and well maintained.

The hotel was tired.

A perfect hotel in terms of view, proximity to Preveza airport and the promenade (for those arriving by car), the size of the rooms, and parking spaces. The pool is large and luxurious, with well-kept gardens and seating areas. I will note that the style and furniture are somewhat old-fashioned/romantic but very well maintained and spotlessly clean. The breakfast is varied and extremely tasty. And the staff is kind, smiling, and willing to help. We arrived for one night the evening before our flight back from Lakdah, but we will definitely come again. With the aim of going on star trips north of the hotel.

buona posizione per chi viaggia con mezzo proprio. Bella piscina. Ci hanno assegnato una camera grande con salotto e bagno con doccia e vasca, dal terrazzo si vedeva la piscina e la laguna. Buona colazione, con grande scelta di dolce e salato, la macchina per le bevande calde non forniva però il cappuccino !

Lo staff alla reception freddo e impersonale rispondeva rigidamente alle domande. Arredamento vintage da hotel di lusso con grandi saloni un po in decadenza. Colazione troppo varia e abbondante per essere fresca e appena sfornata.
