Excellent facilities and staff services, location is in a really secluded location with beautiful surroundings. Stayed in a family room, amazing space, layout and room facilities. Really impressed, excellent value for money.

If there's any negative is that the hotel is located in a very secluded location. However, it's really quiet.

Nearness to main city. Big parking area.

Breakfast spread was very limited Live egg counter missing.

The wait time at the restaurant was minimum 1 hour Which can be due to holi The manager on the desk was kind of worked up with our questions Everything was about paying first upfront and then giving us what we want For example we told them to add extra bed in a room when we checked in and we had come from a long journey of 10 hours but the manager called us downstairs from the room to pay first and then only they gave us the extra bed Considering a good property, these small hickups should not be there

Staff was very cooperative.Food was really good.

The location and rooms were pretty sorted

The staff being rude and always pushing us to go for the buffet instead we requested for alacarte all the times. In the end we got what we wanted but too pushy. Also the wait time in the restaurants was almost an hour but that was communicated to us Breakfast on the last day came after 1.5 hours
